What Shipping Available?

Ovalsports orders shipped within Australia we use the E-Parcel and Express Post services through Australia Post which can be tracked and must be signed for upon delivery. To track your parcel you may use the Australia Post website: auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

How Long it will take to dispatch an item?

Oval Sports dispatches items within 1-4 business days after the order is made.Once dispatched the order should arrive within 1-3 business days with Parcel Post and the next business day (max. 2 business days) with Express Post for metro areas. Orders to WA, NT, TAS and regional areas may take longer. Bats that receive our FREE knocking-in treatment will take 7 days to be knocked-in and will be dispatched after.

How to track an order?

All our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history. When we send your despatched email there can sometimes be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide please allow up to 12 hours for your order information to be visible.

How to place an order?

You can use any of the cards listed below to pay for your order. You can also use PayPal to shop with us.Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and PayPal. We take security very seriously so rest assured when you enter any of your details they’ll be safe with us.

What is the warranty policy for bats when buying from Ovalsports?

All bats sold by Ovalsports will receive a 3 month warranty.

When buying a bat from Ovalsports is the bat knocked in?

Yes, we have a very thorough preparation process for all bats that require knocking in and what’s more this process is free when purchasing from us. Some people buy what appears to be a cheaper bat elsewhere but then end up paying more to have the bat knocked in. Some bats come “Factory Prepared” straight from the manufacturer but we always suggest further knocking in to improve the lifespan of your new bat.

If I buy an item online but upon receiving it don’t like the item or a sizing is not right can I send it back?

Yes, we understand that this can happen when purchasing Sports equipment and will gladly exchange items. If the mistake is ours we will handle the costs involved with postage as we have a free post return address. Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Ovalsports cannot guarantee any change in delivery address once your order has been placed. If you have not received an order invoice and wish to change your delivery address, we recommend contacting Ovalsports via emailovalsportsaustralia@gmail.com or phone 0499800666  as soon as possible.

Does Ovalsports offer refunds?

Ovalsports does not offer refunds, However we are more than happy to exchange (for exchange see above) or offer a store credit.

How do I ship my return?

We don’t mind how you ship your item back to us as long as it is securely packed to protect against damage on the way. We do require you ship it back to us as pre-paid freight as we will not accept goods marked ‘return to sender’ or ‘receiver pays’.

I’ve returned an item, have you received it?

Please note that it may take up to seven business days for us to receive your return. We will be in contact with you as soon have we have received your item.

What happens if I forgot to include a returns note?

Don’t worry if you have forgotten to include a note with your return. We just request that you please make sure you get in contact with us via email to ovalsportsaustralia@gmail.com or phone 0499800666  as soon as possible.

How do I know which bat/glove/spikes are right for me?

At Ovalsports we want everyone to be satisfied with their equipment choices and we recommend that you speak to our knowledgeable staff for assistance in choosing the right products for you!
